CHARLOTTE The STAR 3 : Charlotte Perrachon represents at least the 6th generation of winemakers of the Perrachon family ... but she is the first woman to be a winemaker - oenologist at the head of the estate. THE DOMAINE: Château Bonnet is a vineyard founded in 1630 by the Sieur Claude Bonnet (Alderman to the city of Mâcon). Her vineyard is composed of 23 hectares of vines covering the precious terroirs of Chénas, Moulin à Vent, Saint-Amour and Juliénas. She works her vineyards and develop her wines by following the Terra Vitis approach, a quality approach to respect the environment and produces wines that reflect their terroir and her personality.

The STAR 2: Cécile Roux, a pioneer in the Régnié appellation, has taken over part of her parents' family estate and now offers Moulin-à-Vent after the Morgon that she acquired a few years ago. DOMAINE: The Domaine de la Plaigne is a family estate of 15 hectares located in the town of Regnié-Durette. The new generation has just joined the estate, is the 5th generation and with her parents comes to perpetuate the wonderful passion of wine. Anxious for a well done production, the family is fully involved in the cultivation of the vineyard until the vinification and marketing of production. The field of Plaigne is technically constantly evolving to bring the best of itself and the best of the Beaujolais Wines.

CATHERINE ORLY Since 1760, 9 generations, this domain belongs to a french family and is generally directed by women. Once again, they have just followed the tradition. The Orly family owns 7.5 ha of vines in one piece, exclusively in AOC controlled designation of origin, "Chénas", the rarest Beaujolais Crus. The terroir of steep granitic hillsides are exposed both at midday and on the slopes of Pic Remont. They make it possible to produce Chénas from the Domaine des Côtes Rémont, a festive and fruity wine, harvested from old vines (average age: 35 years) where quality is at the expense of quantity! Once again, women are in the spotlight at Rémont because their Chénas Côtes Rémont is recognized by the personality of Catherine OLRY one of the stars in Beaujolais and the star of our Day 1. #winequeen
