The woman winemaker Anna Spinato, of the homonymous company has painted a picture made of passion and work in the countryside since she was a child. He told us, while we savored "Malanotte del piave", produced in the town of raboso piave, when he was a child preparing sandwiches for the collaborators of his father's company in the vineyards to be distributed at half-day. The smells and flavors of wine remind you of those first moments of contact with work in the countryside. Only later did the passion for production arise, the technical part of the work. the company maintains the traditional line but there is no lack of innovative ideas for a younger audience, thanks to the line of prosecco they have just launched. It is colorful and "sparkling" but in essence excellent.
